About Anne Wenkel

Anne Wenkel is a freelance Illustrator and artist based in Berlin, where she was born in 1983. She is mixing different media such as lino- and woodcut, ink drawings and collages combined with bits of digital elements and handlettering. Anne Wenkel is focused on self-iniated projects as well as she is offering her skills to clients. The biggest influence for her work is the love of traveling and discovering the world with all its inspiring cultures and visual impacts that can be found on every corner. In 2014 she became mother of her son Oskar. In 2017 son Wim followed. Together with director and filmmaker Andreas Kannengießer and the kids, she is living in Berlin.
