Travelling 3 times along the inspiring countries of west africa,
I was collecting, translating and finally illustrating this collection
of traditional fairy tales from Burkina Faso. Inspired by the west african ornamental arts and crafts i created all illustrations based on scraper board, to give it a rough and edgy feel.
